Great apts to live in!

Building·Owner

Pros

Front desk staff are great and attentive. The building is older, so expect some maintenance issues, but staff is extremely responsive.

Cons

I don't like that the building is shared with a hotel.

Advice to the owners

Separate the hotel and residential entrances.

Thanks for the kind words about our front desk team — we'll pass them along. We hear you on sharing the building with a hotel, and we're reviewing how resident and guest access is separated, starting with a residents-only entrance this spring.
